Client: La Scena Musicale
Mandate: to find out reader interests and preferences; find ways to broaden advertiser base
Research method: designed reader survey, secured high participation rate; collated and analysed results
Outcomes:
- Identified potential advertisers outside of the world of music in accordance with the interests of readers
- Developed new products
- Secured a grant to finance the development of a new product
- Revised marketing strategy to attract people to become subscribers

Client: La Scena Musicale
Mandate: find out what readers want from a subscription service
Research method:
Focus groups to:
1)to gather feedback on the components of an exclusive club for subscribers
2) to obtain feedback on marketing collateral
Outcome: launched a membership club for subscribers with reductions on opera, concerts, in selected shops and restaurants. Significantly increased subscriber base. Secured a grant to finance the development of this.
